INGREDIENTS :
- – 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- – 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
- – 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- – 1 tablespoon lime juice
- – 1 small clove garlic, minced
- – ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- – ¼ teaspoon salt
- – ¼ teaspoon pepper
RECIPE :
1. Combine cucumber, yoghurt, mint, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.
3. Serve cold.
