Vegetable Juice ( Post-Workout) – 8 am

     – Cucumber- 15 cal
     – Beetroot- 35-40 cal
     – Carrot- 40-50 cal
     – Amla- 33 cal
     – Mint Leaves
     – Basil seeds

Total calories- 150-200 apx calories  

Apple & 15-20 almonds – 10 am 

100 calories + 80 cal

     – Chana chaat ( Onion, Tomato, green chilies)- 150 gms -550 cal – 12:30pm
     – Cucumber, paneer, onion, mushroom – salad 

430 calories – 3:00pm 

Lemonade – 5:00pm 

1400 calories Approx
